VOD Terms of Use

Last Updated: September 9, 2026 These VOD Terms of Use (“VOD Terms”) govern your use of the video-on-demand services provided through ZenLake Stream (“ZenLake”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing, browsing, purchasing, subscribing to, or watching content through ZenLake Stream, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these VOD Terms.

1. VOD Service

ZenLake Stream provides an online video-on-demand service through which users may access movies, television programs, series, and other audiovisual content (“Content”). Depending on the offer available on the platform, Content may be provided:

• free of charge;
• through a subscription or membership;
• through a one-time purchase or rental;
• as part of a promotional offer; or
• through another access model clearly indicated on the platform.

The availability of specific Content may vary over time.

2. User Account

Certain VOD features may require a registered ZenLake Stream account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and login credentials. You must not:

• share your account credentials with unauthorized persons;
• sell, transfer, or rent your account;
• allow unauthorized access to your account; or
• create an account using false or misleading information.

ZenLake Stream may restrict or suspend an account where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, unauthorized access, abuse, or a material violation of these VOD Terms.

3. Access to Content

Access to Content is granted only for the period and under the conditions displayed at the time the Content is made available to you. A subscription does not necessarily provide permanent access to every title available on ZenLake Stream. Movies, series, and other Content may be added, removed, replaced, or become temporarily unavailable due to licensing, contractual, technical, or other legitimate reasons.

4. Subscription Access

Where ZenLake Stream offers subscription-based VOD access, the applicable subscription period, price, renewal terms, and included Content will be displayed before purchase. Unless otherwise stated during the purchase process, a subscription provides access only for the applicable subscription period. If automatic renewal is offered, the renewal conditions will be presented before you complete the purchase. You may cancel a recurring subscription in accordance with the cancellation instructions provided through your account or the applicable payment provider. Cancellation generally prevents future renewal but does not automatically terminate an already-paid subscription period, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

5. Individual Purchases and Rentals

Where ZenLake Stream offers individual movie or program purchases or rentals, the applicable price and access period will be displayed before payment. A rental or temporary access period does not grant permanent ownership of the Content. The Content may only be accessed for the period specified during the purchase process.

6. Payments

Payments for paid VOD services are processed through the payment method or payment provider presented during checkout. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize the applicable payment provider to process the transaction. Prices are displayed before purchase and may include applicable taxes where required by law. ZenLake Stream may change prices for future purchases or subscription periods. Any applicable price change will not retroactively change a transaction that has already been completed.

7. Digital Services and Consumer Rights

ZenLake Stream’s VOD service may constitute a digital service under applicable consumer-protection legislation. Nothing in these VOD Terms is intended to exclude or restrict mandatory consumer rights. Where applicable law provides remedies for a digital service that does not conform to the contract, users may have rights including repair, re-performance, price reduction, termination, or refund, subject to the applicable legal requirements.

8. Withdrawal and Immediate Access to Digital Content

Where applicable law grants consumers a right of withdrawal, the conditions and exceptions applicable to digital content and digital services will apply. Where the law permits immediate access to paid digital content or services and requires the user’s express consent or acknowledgement concerning the loss of a withdrawal right, the applicable consent or acknowledgement will be requested during the purchase process. The availability and scope of any withdrawal right may depend on the type of VOD service purchased and applicable law.

9. Personal, Non-Commercial Use

Unless expressly authorized by ZenLake Stream or permitted by law, Content is provided for personal and non-commercial use only. You must not:

• publicly screen or exhibit Content;
• use Content for commercial purposes;
• retransmit or broadcast Content;
• sell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute Content;
• make Content available to third parties;
• record or reproduce Content outside features expressly provided by ZenLake Stream;
• bypass technical protection measures; or
• otherwise exploit Content outside the rights granted to you.

10. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in Content belong to ZenLake Stream, its licensors, studios, distributors, production companies, or other respective rights holders. Access to Content does not transfer ownership or copyright to the user. You receive only the limited right to access and view the Content in accordance with these VOD Terms and the conditions applicable to the relevant Content.

11. Geographic Availability

Certain Content may only be available in specific countries or territories due to licensing or other contractual restrictions. ZenLake Stream may use technical measures to determine or restrict geographic access where necessary. Attempting to circumvent geographic restrictions or other technical access controls is prohibited.

12. Devices and Technical Requirements

You are responsible for having a compatible device, supported browser, operating system, and sufficient Internet connection to use the VOD service. Video quality may depend on:

• your Internet connection;
• device capabilities;
• browser or application;
• network conditions;
• available bandwidth; and
• the Content being viewed.

ZenLake Stream does not guarantee that every title or feature will be compatible with every device.

13. Simultaneous Streaming

ZenLake Stream may limit the number of devices or simultaneous streams that can use an account. Any applicable device or simultaneous-stream limitation may be displayed in your account, subscription plan, or during the purchase process. You must not circumvent such limitations.

14. Availability and Technical Interruptions

We aim to provide a reliable VOD service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may occasionally be unavailable because of:

• maintenance;
• technical problems;
• network failures;
• security incidents;
• third-party infrastructure;
• licensing restrictions;
• circumstances beyond our reasonable control; or
• legal or regulatory requirements.

Where reasonably possible, we may provide notice of planned maintenance or significant service interruptions.

15. Content Availability

Content may be removed or become unavailable at any time where the applicable license, distribution agreement, legal requirement, or other legitimate reason requires its removal. For subscription services, we may periodically update the Content catalogue. Changes to the catalogue do not affect rights that cannot legally be excluded.

16. Age Restrictions

Some Content may contain age-restricted material. Users must comply with applicable age restrictions and must not allow persons who are not legally permitted to access restricted Content to use their account for that purpose. Where required, ZenLake Stream may implement age-verification or access-control measures.

17. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• copy, download, reproduce, or redistribute Content except where expressly permitted;
• circumvent DRM, encryption, access controls, or other security mechanisms;
• reverse engineer or attempt to extract protected Content;
• use bots, scraping tools, or automated systems to access the VOD service in a manner that violates these Terms;
• interfere with the operation of the platform;
• attempt to obtain unauthorized access to another user’s account;
• use Content to operate a public or commercial screening service; or
• assist another person in violating these VOD Terms.

18. Suspension or Termination

ZenLake Stream may suspend or terminate access to VOD services where necessary because of:

• fraud or suspected fraudulent activity;
• unauthorized use of an account;
• payment-related issues;
• material violation of these VOD Terms;
• unlawful activity; or
• security or technical concerns.

Any suspension or termination will be subject to applicable consumer rights and other mandatory legal protections.

19. Refunds

Refunds will be provided where required by applicable law or where expressly provided under the applicable purchase, subscription, or promotional terms. Requests concerning payments or refunds should be submitted through the contact method provided by ZenLake Stream.

20. Third-Party Services

ZenLake Stream may rely on third-party services, including hosting providers, content-delivery networks, payment processors, analytics services, authentication providers, or other technology providers. The availability of certain VOD features may depend on these third-party services. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

21. Privacy

22. Changes to the VOD Terms

23. Governing Law

These VOD Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply to you. Nothing in these VOD Terms prevents a consumer from exercising mandatory rights available under the laws applicable to their place of residence.
