1. Our Commitment to Child Safety
ZenLake Stream is committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users and to protecting children and minors from exploitation, abuse, grooming, harassment, and other forms of harm.
We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, or any other content or conduct that exploits or endangers children.
These Child Safety Standards apply to all users, accounts, uploaded or submitted content, comments, messages, profiles, and other activities conducted through ZenLake Stream.
2. Prohibited Content and Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on ZenLake Stream:
2.1 Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation
Users may not create, upload, distribute, request, promote, possess, or facilitate access to content that sexually exploits or abuses a child.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- Sexual images or videos involving minors.
- Sexualized depictions of children.
- Content depicting or promoting the sexual exploitation of children.
- Requests for sexual content involving minors.
- Links or instructions intended to facilitate access to CSAM.
2.2 Grooming and Sexual Solicitation
ZenLake Stream prohibits grooming or attempting to establish a relationship with a child for the purpose of sexual exploitation or abuse.
Prohibited conduct includes:
- Sexual solicitation of minors.
- Attempts to arrange sexual contact with a minor.
- Encouraging a minor to send sexual images or videos.
- Manipulating, coercing, or threatening a minor into sexual activity.
- Moving conversations with minors to another service for the purpose of exploitation.
- Offering money, gifts, services, or other benefits in exchange for sexual content or sexual activity involving a minor.
2.3 Exploitation, Abuse, and Endangerment
Users may not use ZenLake Stream to promote, encourage, facilitate, or glorify:
- Physical abuse of children.
- Sexual abuse of children.
- Trafficking or commercial exploitation of children.
- Forced or coerced sexual activity involving minors.
- Dangerous activities that intentionally place children at serious risk.
- Content or behavior intended to identify, target, threaten, or exploit a child.
3. Reporting Child Safety Concerns
Users are encouraged to report any content or behavior that may involve child exploitation, abuse, grooming, or other violations of these standards.
Reports should include as much relevant information as possible, such as:
- The URL or location of the content.
- The username or account involved.
- A description of the suspected violation.
- The date and approximate time of the incident.
- Any other information that may assist our investigation.

For immediate danger or an emergency involving a child, users should contact their local emergency services or appropriate law-enforcement authority.
4. Handling Reports
ZenLake Stream takes child-safety reports seriously.
When we receive a credible report concerning potential child exploitation or abuse, we may:
- Review the reported material or account.
- Restrict access to the relevant content while an investigation is conducted.
- Remove content that violates our policies or applicable law.
- Suspend or permanently terminate accounts involved in serious or repeated violations.
- Preserve relevant information where legally permitted or required.
- Cooperate with appropriate law-enforcement authorities and other competent organizations where required by applicable law.
We do not permit users to retaliate against, threaten, or otherwise target individuals who make good-faith safety reports.
5. Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
ZenLake Stream strictly prohibits CSAM.
Any suspected CSAM identified on the platform may be removed or restricted promptly, subject to applicable legal and investigative requirements.
ZenLake Stream may preserve relevant information and make reports to competent authorities or recognized reporting organizations when required or appropriate under applicable law.
Users must not download, copy, redistribute, or otherwise share suspected CSAM. If you encounter suspected CSAM, use the platform’s reporting mechanism or contact the designated Child Safety Contact.
6. Account and Platform Safety
ZenLake Stream may use reasonable technical, administrative, and moderation measures to detect, prevent, investigate, and respond to child-safety violations.
Depending on the circumstances, these measures may include:
- Content moderation.
- User reporting systems.
- Account restrictions.
- Removal of violating content.
- Suspension or termination of accounts.
- Investigation of suspicious activity.
- Cooperation with lawful requests from authorities.
No automated or manual moderation system can guarantee that every harmful activity will be detected. Users should report suspected violations promptly.
7. Age Requirements
Users must comply with the minimum age requirements applicable to ZenLake Stream and the laws of their jurisdiction.
Where applicable, parents or legal guardians are responsible for supervising minors’ use of the service and for ensuring that their use of ZenLake Stream complies with applicable law and these standards.
ZenLake Stream may take action against accounts that violate applicable age requirements.
8. Privacy and Protection of Minors
ZenLake Stream is committed to protecting personal information and handling user data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection laws.
Users must not publish or disclose a child’s private or sensitive personal information without appropriate authorization.
This includes, where applicable:
- Home addresses.
- Telephone numbers.
- Private contact information.
- School information.
- Precise location information.
- Private photographs or videos.
- Other sensitive information that could place a child at risk.
9. Prohibition on Sexualization of Minors
ZenLake Stream does not permit content that sexualizes, fetishizes, or otherwise exploits children or minors.
This prohibition applies regardless of whether the content is presented as fictional, artistic, educational, humorous, or otherwise.
10. Enforcement
Violations of these Child Safety Standards may result in immediate action, including:
- Content removal.
- Account suspension.
- Permanent account termination.
- Restriction of platform features.
- Preservation of relevant information where legally permitted.
- Referral or reporting to appropriate authorities where required or appropriate.
The severity of the enforcement action will depend on the nature and circumstances of the violation.
11. Cooperation With Authorities
ZenLake Stream will cooperate with valid legal requests from law-enforcement agencies and other competent authorities concerning suspected child exploitation, abuse, or other serious threats to child safety, subject to applicable law.
Where legally required, ZenLake Stream may provide relevant information to competent authorities.
12. Updates to These Standards
We may update these Child Safety Standards from time to time to reflect changes in our services, applicable laws, regulatory requirements, or industry best practices.
The current version will be published on the ZenLake Stream website.
