User Conduct Rules

These User Conduct Rules (“Rules”) establish the standards of behavior expected from users of ZenLake Stream (“ZenLake Stream”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using ZenLake Stream, you agree to comply with these Rules, our Terms of Service, Privacy & Cookie Policy, and all applicable laws.
1. Respectful Use
Users are expected to use ZenLake Stream responsibly and respectfully.
You must not use the platform in a way that:
- harasses, threatens, intimidates, or abuses other users;
- promotes hatred or discrimination;
- contains unlawful or seriously offensive material;
- intentionally disrupts the experience of other users;
- attempts to damage or interfere with the operation of ZenLake Stream.
2. Prohibited Activities

- use ZenLake Stream for unlawful purposes;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems;
- bypass security measures;
- interfere with website functionality;
- introduce viruses, malware, scripts, or other harmful code;
- use automated systems to abuse the platform;
- attempt to overload or disrupt the website;
- scrape or collect information through unauthorized automated methods;
- impersonate another person or organization;
- provide false information for fraudulent purposes.
3. Account Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
You must not:
- share your password with unauthorized persons;
- sell or transfer your account;
- use another person’s account without permission;
- allow unauthorized access to your account.
If you believe that your account has been compromised, you should contact ZenLake Stream as soon as possible.
4. Content and Copyright
Users must respect copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights.
You must not:
- copy or redistribute protected content without authorization;
- record or reproduce streams where prohibited;
- download protected content without permission;
- upload copyrighted material without the necessary rights;
- remove copyright notices or other ownership information;
- attempt to bypass technical protection measures.
All content available through ZenLake Stream remains subject to the rights of its respective owners.
5. Streaming and Service Abuse
Users must not attempt to:
- circumvent geographic restrictions;
- bypass subscription requirements;
- defeat access controls;
- manipulate streaming systems;
- redistribute streaming links;
- provide unauthorized access to paid content;
- commercially exploit ZenLake Stream content without authorization.
6. Advertising and Click Abuse
Users must not intentionally manipulate advertising systems.
Prohibited activities include:
- fraudulent advertisement clicks;
- automated clicks;
- click bots;
- artificially generated impressions;
- click farms;
- repeatedly clicking advertisements to generate revenue;
- encouraging others to click advertisements solely for financial benefit.

7. Reviews, Comments, and User Contributions
If ZenLake Stream allows users to submit comments, reviews, ratings, profiles, or other content, users are responsible for the material they submit.
User contributions must not:
- contain unlawful content;
- contain threats or harassment;
- contain malicious code;
- infringe intellectual property rights;
- contain misleading or fraudulent information;
- intentionally impersonate another person;
- promote illegal activities;
- contain excessive spam or unwanted commercial promotions.
We may remove or restrict content that violates these Rules or applicable law.
8. Fraud and Financial Abuse
Users must not use ZenLake Stream for fraudulent transactions or financial abuse.
This includes:
- using stolen payment information;
- attempting unauthorized transactions;
- deliberately abusing refunds;
- manipulating subscription systems;
- creating accounts for fraudulent purposes;
- attempting to obtain paid services without authorization.
Suspicious activity may result in account restrictions or termination.
9. Multiple Accounts
Creating multiple accounts for legitimate personal use may be permitted where supported by the platform.
However, users must not create multiple accounts to:
- circumvent restrictions;
- abuse promotions;
- manipulate ratings or reviews;
- evade account suspension;
- commit fraud;
- obtain unauthorized benefits.
10. Security and Technical Restrictions
You must not attempt to access, modify, reverse engineer, or interfere with:
- website source systems;
- servers;
- databases;
- APIs;
- authentication systems;
- security mechanisms;
- other users’ accounts;
- systems belonging to ZenLake Stream or its service providers.
Unauthorized security testing, penetration attempts, or exploitation of vulnerabilities is prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing.
11. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of behavior that may violate these Rules, you may report it to:

12. Enforcement
If we determine that a user has violated these Rules, we may take appropriate action, including:

- cancelling unauthorized access to services;
- taking legal action where appropriate.
The action taken may depend on the severity and circumstances of the violation.
13. No Circumvention
Users must not attempt to avoid enforcement actions by:
- creating replacement accounts;
- using another person’s account;
- using technical methods to bypass restrictions;
- otherwise attempting to regain unauthorized access.
14. Cooperation With Legal Requirements
ZenLake Stream may cooperate with competent authorities where required by applicable law.
We may preserve or disclose information where legally required or reasonably necessary to:
- comply with legal obligations;
- protect users;
- protect ZenLake Stream;
- investigate fraud or abuse;
- enforce our legal rights.

We may update these User Conduct Rules from time to time.
Changes may be made to reflect:

- changes to the platform;
- security requirements;
- changes in applicable law;
